Volunteers
We are always keen to receive offers of help from people prepared to give an hour or so of their time. Please use the e-mail contact form to confirm your availability at any of the future race meetings.
It can take a long time to set up before an event gets under way but with many pairs of hands the task can be quickly achieved.
There are fences to put up!
The ground can be a bit hard to get stakes into.
Some people really get into the spirit of the event.
Teamwork is the essence of the day.
The starting pens don't look much now...
...but twenty minutes later!
We would appreciate the support of local Secondary P.E. Depts by way of promoting our events to their Sport Leaders (e.g JSLA/CSLA/HSLA candidates) with details attached that can be customised.
